Tourism Expo Begins in Goyang
The seventh Gyeonggi International Travel Mart opened Thursday at the Kintex in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, under the slogan "Gyeonggi opens the future of tourism in Korea."
Hosted by Gyeonggi Province and the Gyeonggi Tourism Organization, it will be open through Sunday and will feature 350 exhibition and tourism products. The exhibition is composed of four sections ― tourism promotion, medical tourism consulting booths, international events, and employment. Visitors can also purchase travel tickets on the spot at discount prices.
In particular, the Gyeonggi Tourism Organization is promoting a special offer on a round trip to Gaesong, North Korea, to 100 people per day. Thirteen companies, including the Mayfield and Ramada Hotels.
