Girls’ Generation’s Tour (한글번역)

Girls' Generation, one of South Korea's top girl groups, will embark on their first Asian concert tour next month.

The nine-member group will hold concerts at Olympic Park in southeastern Seoul, Dec. 19-20, as the first leg of the tour, said SM Entertainment, their agency. The concerts will be followed by ones in Shanghai, China, and Bangkok, Thailand, but the exact dates have yet to be decided.

SM Entertainment said the group's nine members would show off their individual skills and performances during the tour. Ticket reservations for the Seoul concerts will begin at 8 p.m. on Nov. 19 through Gmarket, an online reservation site.

Girls' Generation said, ``We are pleased to hold the Asian concerts for the first time. We will try our utmost to prepare the best performance.''
